NOTIFICATIONS:
We will send you Order, Delivery or Collection confirmations by either email or text.

OWNERSHIP / TRANSFER OF RISK:
Goods become the responsibility of the customer once they are received, or in the event that the customer insists on a courier of choice, then when the goods are handed over to that courier.

CANCELLING an ORDER / REQUESTING a RETURN:
If you wish to return goods you need to inform us within 14 Days of receiving your order. You can do this by using the Returns/Cancellation Form on the website, or by Email or Telephone 07718 747661. Please quote Your Name, Order Number, Date of Order, Description of Goods & Quantities, and Reason for the Return.

Once your return request has been accepted you have a further 14 days to return the goods to the address that we will have provided.
Returns and full refunds are accepted if goods are faulty, not of a satisfactory quality, or do not meet the description given. If these goods are such they are not returnable by standard post, we will indicate our preferred method of return, which may include organised courier collection.
All other returns accepted are at the customers’ cost to return.

Replacements and exchanges may be offered.

Refunds, as authorised, will be made as soon as the goods have been received by us.
​
We cannot accept returns for goods that are bespoke and/or made to order, or goods that have been personalised in some way.
Returns are not accepted (and are non-refundable) where the goods have been used (worn, washed, etc), or have been excessively handled, or where the original tags have been removed.
